We aim to provide exceptional support packages, which our Service Users will value highly. Enabling them to continue to live independently, giving them the opportunity to persue their chosen lifestyle whilst ensuring their personal wellbeing.
The objective is to work in partnership with everyone involved in the care service such as Social Services, Health Care Staff, the Service User’s family or representatives along with local hospital discharge teams.
The A1 Homecare philosophy is to put the Service User at the heart of the service and to always act in their best interests.
We supply fully trained Support Workers that understand the need for commitment and flexibility.
We will do all that is in our power to ensure safe working environments and equipment for all of our staff and Service Users.
Our service is available to all adults irrespective of gender, race, colour, nationality, religion, disability, culture, sexual preference, lifestyle, social standing or ability to pay.
We provide a service to client groups including the elderly and infirm, those with physical disabilities, sensory loss including dual sensory impairment, mental heath problems, and those who are suffering from chronic, debilitating or terminal illness.
We can also offer to assist in a cost effective way if your private carer is unavailable for any reason.
